Our adult classes are fun, energetic and are a great way of developing a hobby at the same time as keeping fit! We offer a wide variety of adult classes to suit all abilities and levels of fitness. All of our classes are bookable per half term and cost £8 per class. We offer a discount of 10% if you book more than one class - simply use code 'LOYALTY10' at the checkout.

CLASS DETAIL

TAP

We offer two levels of tap class - Beginner/Intermediate and Intermediate/Advanced.

 

The Beg/Int class is suitable for complete beginners or those who have tapped before but would like a refresh before joining our Int/Adv class. Come along for as many half terms as you need and when you feel ready, you can join the main class.

Our Int/Adv class is suitable for anyone who has tapped before or who has attended our beginner classes. 

Both classes are friendly, energetic and most importantly fun! We work on a variety of routines and tap combinations to great music.

BALLET

We offer three different ballet classes - Barre & Stretch, Adult Ballet and over 50's Ballet.

 

Barre and Stretch is a mood lifting and empowering class containing elements of Ballet, Yoga and Pilates. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, this class will definitely get all your muscles working in a way they may not have before! Get ready to feel the ballet burn and shake - well known to shape and tone the body in a safe and effective way. We finish the class with a restorative stretch, focusing on lengthening stretches and joint mobilisation to boost flexibility and achieve supple yet strong muscles. 

 

Our adult ballet and over 50's classes are suitable for all experience levels and are a fantastic way to develop core strength, flexibility and posture.  Classes are fun, relaxed and cover basic steps, choreography and barre exercises. The over 50's class is a slightly gentler class with an emphasise on strengthening joints and muscles in a safe and effective way for our over 50's audience.

DANCERCISE

A fun and energetic dance fitness/aerobics class where you can come along and boogie to your favourite pop hits, from the 60s, 70s and 80s up to current day favourites! The class will be filled with dance cardio and uplifting jazz dance sequences, light strength training and gentle stretching to boost your mood. New moves and new music in every class to keep it fresh and motivating for the most enjoyable 45 minute dance workout whether you’re a dance pro or total beginner - and remember, we were all new to dance once!
