The stage was set, the lights were shining, and Icons delivered an unforgettable performance at the Epsom Playhouse.
Bringing together nearly 200 talented dancers aged from just 2 to 18, Icons proved to be far more than just a show—it was a true celebration of passion, creativity, and dedication. From the tiniest performers taking their very first steps on stage, to experienced dancers delivering polished and powerful routines, the event beautifully showcased the journey and growth of every individual involved.
Audiences enjoyed an energetic and diverse programme inspired by iconic music, artists, and moments, all brought to life through a wide range of dance styles. Each performance reflected countless hours of rehearsal, teamwork, and commitment, highlighting not only technical skill but also the joy and confidence that dance inspires.
What made Icons truly special was the sense of community behind it. Every dancer played a part in creating something bigger than themselves—a shared experience that celebrated expression, courage, and achievement.
To every single performer: well done. Stepping onto that stage took bravery, and the effort put in shone through in every movement. Whether it was a first performance or one of many, every dancer should feel incredibly proud of what they accomplished.
Icons was a truly amazing show—and every single performer made it something unforgettable.
